GD Business Creations provides AI chatbot setup, hosting, maintenance, and lead-capture related services. Service features may be updated from time to time.

2. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring business information submitted to the chatbot is accurate and lawful.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable consumer protection, privacy, and marketing laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activities.

3. AI Output and Third-Party Services

Chatbot responses are generated using third-party AI systems and may contain errors or incomplete information. You agree to review and supervise your chatbot configuration and customer communications.

4. Payments and Refunds

Fees are shown before checkout. Unless otherwise stated in writing, setup fees are non-refundable once implementation work has started. Ongoing service terms, if any, are governed by your selected plan.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GD Business Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption, arising from use of the service.

Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service in the preceding 30 days.
